It has rained and rained here for two days! Yesterday I was called out of work to come to school and pick up the three musketeers because our roads were flooding! The school was calling everyone who lived out bush like us. Thankfully by the time I managed to pick everyone up the bridge we cross had just been reopened!! We were just lucky that there had been a break in the rain for a few hours. Just near our estate was flooded across the main road and further down at another creek. Today it did not rain UNTIL 3pm! Yes, right when everyone is out picking up children from schools. It has absolutely poured so hard here that the three musketeers are now down in our creek line splashing about, building dams and investigating mini waterfalls. I have to try to take some photos from up on our balcony so they are not

J9 has just exclaimed to me that she wants to do a project about all the water around our house! She is supposed to be doing a project about why we need water! Maybe she could say she needs water to play in, to learn from while she is playing, to investigate, to experiment with ............
